Technical IT Consultant ECM/DMS (m/f/d)
Full-time in Premstätten near Graz

Your tasks
- Implementing enterprise content management (ECM) solutions
- Process design together with our customers
- Support and maintenance of the ECM solutions in use
- Developing interfaces and applications
- Ensuring the stability of installed solutions
- Advising and training customers on the systems
- Creating operating and acceptance documentation
- Pre-sales support, contributing to concepts and proposals
- Supporting 2nd and 3rd level support
Your profile
- Understanding of complex processes and relationships
- Experience with data management systems
- Experience in project management and IT consulting
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and IIS
- Experience with database systems and database modelling
- Resilient, a team player and used to working independently
- Abstract and connected thinking
- Excellent German and good English skills

Salary
Remuneration is based on the Austrian IT collective agreement (collective agreement for employees of companies providing services in automatic data processing and information technology). We offer market-rate pay, agreed individually depending on qualifications and professional experience.
